‘The 2005 Europe Star Tour – The Europe of the 1960’s Without War’ – this is the name of a great tour whose leading star will be KAREL GOTT and that will take place in European metropolises between May 2 and 28, 2005. This quite extraordinary tour will introduce – next to Karel Gott - Velký orchestr pražského paláce Žofín (The Grand Žofín Palace Orchestra of Prague) conducted by František Preisler, the winner of nine Nightingale awards Lucie Bílá, the actress, singer and moderator Kateřina Brožová, the Slovak tenor Štefan Margita, and the Ukrainian soprano Marina Vyskvorkina. The converts will be given on May 2, 2005 in Brusseles, Belgium, on May 24, 2005 in Petersburg, Russia, and on May 26, 2005 in Moscow, Russia where the above-named stars will be joined by the Alaxandrovs, the Academic Band of the Russian Army Songs and dances, and the American orchestra Soldiers Of Swing that is a member of the U.S.Army Europe Band. The first concerts of this magnificent tour had its early premiere on December 12, 2004, in the Large Hall of the Žofín Palace in Prague (the photographs from the concert can be seen in our photo gallery).
