Blesk has exclusive information on the plans Jan Moťovský - the new owner of Gott’s villa in Jevany who bought it for 15 million CZK – has with the property. "I’m sure I’m not going to live there," said Moťovský. "The house should be for and never ever connected with Karel Gott’s name who is – and not only in my eyes – the singer of the century," he added. Jan Moťovský is an accomplished businessman; he owns the Savoy hotel in Špindlerův Mlýn, his activities include the food processing industry, mills and fish shops. On top of this all, he deals in real estate. Yet he does not see the Gott property purchase worth 15 million CZK as a mere good stroke of business. "I fell for the idea that continues to fascinate the world. Like Elvis Presley’s Graceland, US, where his fans from all over the world have been coming for years to pay tribute to him, our Karel deserves the same," confirmed Moťovský and provided more details about his plan. Gott’s admirers will have an opportunity to stay in the Jevany villa, to sleep in the singer’s bed, to drink his wine from his favorite glass, to play music on his gramophone, and to enjoy steak prepare according to Gott’s own recipe. "The villa has more than its material value as its magic comes from the fact Karel once bought it for his mom and furnished it for her with true love. I will rev up the villa with a substantial financial therapy. Hopefully, all will turn out just fine," says Moťovský.
